Sourcer (Amazon Talent Pipeline)
Build and maintain a living pipeline of qualified Amazon talent across all roles in our company using AI-powered outreach at scale.
Open Remote · Full-time
About the role

We're looking for a Sourcer — someone who will build and maintain a living pipeline of qualified Amazon talent across all roles in our company. This is not a classic recruiter role. You won't be posting jobs and waiting for applications. Here you need to proactively hunt, engage, and warm up candidates before we need them — and use AI to do it faster and smarter than anyone else.

⚠️ Note: We are not looking for someone who sources reactively. We're looking for someone who thinks like a talent strategist — building a contingency workforce pipeline that means we can hire any role in our org chart within days, not months.
You're our person if
  • You understand the Amazon eCommerce ecosystem — you know what a PPC Specialist, Account Manager and Product Developer actually do
  • You think in pipelines — you build systems, not just lists
  • You use AI tools daily to find, research and engage candidates faster
  • You're comfortable with outreach at scale — LinkedIn, Upwork, communities, direct messages
  • You're proactive by nature — you don't wait for a vacancy to start sourcing
  • You believe that a warm candidate reached out to 3 months ago is worth 10 cold applications today
What you'll do
Pipeline Building
  • Build and maintain a qualified talent pool for every role in the org chart
  • Ensure we always have warm candidates ready — any vacancy filled within days
  • Segment the pipeline by role, seniority, availability and readiness
Active Sourcing
  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Amazon seller communities, Telegram groups
  • Write and test outreach messages that get responses
  • Qualify candidates through initial screening before passing to HR
AI Integration
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to research candidates and personalize outreach at scale
  • Build AI-assisted workflows that make sourcing faster without losing quality
  • Continuously test new AI sourcing tools and integrate the best ones
What we expect
  • Understanding of the Amazon eCommerce ecosystem
  • Experience in sourcing or recruiting — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, outreach campaigns
  • Strong written communication — your messages get replies
  • English language skills — most of our talent pool is global
  • Must-have: AI Proficiency — you actively use AI tools for candidate research and outreach. We will ask you to demonstrate this during the interview.
Terms
  • Fully remote work
  • 27 paid days off per year
  • Access to professional tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, ATS
  • Work with the US and global talent market
Product Pipeline Director
Become the gatekeeper and quality controller of our entire product launch pipeline, making fast data-driven decisions at 17 key checkpoints.
Open Remote · Full-time
About the role

We're looking for a Product Pipeline Director — someone who will become the gatekeeper and quality controller of our entire product launch pipeline. This is not a classic project manager role. You won't be managing tasks and writing status updates. Here you need to think systemically, make fast data-driven decisions, and protect the company from investing resources in products that shouldn't move forward.

⚠️ Note: We are not looking for someone who will just monitor processes and report. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of pipeline quality and isn't afraid to say no when the data doesn't support moving forward.
You're our person if
  • You think in systems — you see the whole chain, not just your piece of it
  • You're comfortable making decisions quickly — you don't wait for perfect information
  • You understand Amazon economics: margins, unit economics, P&L, ACOS, BSR
  • You believe that closing a bad product early is a better outcome than launching it
  • You thrive in an environment where every decision is backed by data
  • You want to build something — not just manage what already exists
What you'll do
Pipeline Gatekeeping
  • Review and approve products at 17 key checkpoints — from initial idea to post-launch scale decisions
  • Give verdicts: Validated / Rework / Closed / Approved / Rejected — fast and with clear reasoning
  • Ensure no product moves to the next stage without sufficient justification
Decision Making
  • Make calls on complex situations: mold decisions, margin escalations, supplier selections
  • Approve visual content (main image, gallery, A+) before it goes live
  • Participate in Kill / Optimize / Scale decisions with COO
Team Consulting
  • Be the go-to person for all roles when they face difficult decisions
  • Give fast, data-backed answers — not opinions
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with PRA, PD, AAM and PPC Specialist
What we expect
  • Deep understanding of the Amazon product launch cycle
  • Ability to read and interpret data: margins, P&L, ACOS/ROAS, BSR dynamics
  • Strong decision-making skills — you can make a call with incomplete information
  • English language skills — for working with Amazon accounts and documentation
  • Must-have: AI Proficiency — you actively use AI tools daily for research, analysis and decision-making. We will ask you to demonstrate this.
Terms
  • Fully remote work
  • 27 paid days off per year
  • Access to professional tools: Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, ClickUp, AI tools
  • Direct impact on which products get built and launched
Performance Marketing Manager
Build and own our external traffic system from zero — TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and paid traffic to Amazon listings.
Open Remote · Full-time
About the role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager — someone who will build and own our external traffic system from zero — TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and paid traffic to Amazon listings. This is not a classic media buyer role. You won't be boosting posts and reporting impressions.

⚠️ Note: We are not looking for someone who manages one channel well. We're looking for someone who can build a multi-channel performance system — and is comfortable operating in uncharted territory where the playbook doesn't exist yet.
You're our person if
  • You understand performance marketing deeply — ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, funnel economics
  • You've worked with TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop — you know how the platform works and what converts
  • You have experience with Walmart Marketplace or Walmart Connect
  • You think in systems — you build scalable processes, not one-off campaigns
  • You use AI tools daily to research, optimize and scale faster
  • You're excited to build from zero — not optimize what already exists
What you'll do
TikTok Shop & Ads
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop for our product catalog
  • Build and scale TikTok paid advertising campaigns driving traffic to listings
  • Test creatives, audiences and hooks — build a system of winning ad formats
Walmart Marketplace
  • Launch and manage our presence on Walmart Marketplace
  • Launch and manage Walmart Connect advertising campaigns
  • Monitor performance and scale what works
External Traffic to Amazon
  • Build a system of external traffic channels driving qualified buyers to Amazon listings
  • Test and scale paid channels: TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads
  • Track attribution and measure impact on Amazon BSR and organic ranking
What we expect
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing: ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, funnel economics
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop
  • Ability to launch and manage paid campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously
  • English language skills — for working with US market platforms and documentation
  • Must-have: AI Proficiency — you actively use AI tools for research, creative strategy and campaign optimisation.
Terms
  • Fully remote work
  • 27 paid days off per year
  • US market exposure
  • Clear KPI system with direct impact on revenue

  • You understand the logic of operations: processes, standards, metrics
  • You want to develop in AI automation, analytics, and operational management
  • You thrive in an environment of fast iterations and data-driven decisions

  • Confident daily use of AI tools
  • English — C1
Terms
  • Fully remote work
  • 27 paid days off per year
  • Access to professional AI tools and analytics
  • Direct impact on company operational efficiency
