Wearsome LLC, doing business as LaunchWave ("LaunchWave," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website launchwave.us (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Optional advertising measurement requires a separate choice. Visiting the Site or submitting a form does not give permission for that measurement.
We collect the information you choose to provide through our forms:
Please do not include government identification numbers, financial account information, health information, or confidential product or financial details in these forms.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not use the conversion signal to decide whether to provide you with a service or to make hiring decisions.
We use providers to operate the Site and respond to requests. Optional advertising measurement also sends the limited data described in Section 05 to OpenAI and Google Ads, but only where enabled and with your permission. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Where enabled, and only with your permission, we use limited source attribution, the OpenAI advertising pixel and the Google Ads tag to understand whether advertising leads to Research inquiries. OpenAI measurement may include cookies and matching using hashed contact information, such as an email address. Google Ads may use cookies and advertising identifiers, but our event code does not send it the Research form fields or enhanced-conversion user data. These features are off until you choose Allow ad measurement.
You can decline and still browse the Site or submit any form. The Measurement settings control lets you review or withdraw your choice. We also keep optional measurement off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
lw-measurement-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. This record remembers your preference; it is not an advertising identifier. An earlier permission that did not cover click-ID retention and CRM qualification feedback is not used for this measurement: we ask you again. Previously saved declines remain in effect within their original expiry period.lw-research-attribution-v2, with a 30-minute limit for each source record. The first paid touch is retained during that period; a later visit may create a new record after expiry. Storage is limited to that browser tab's session. Closing the tab normally clears it sooner; if storage is unavailable or expires, the source may be unknown.lead_created event and a Google Ads conversion event only after a Research form is successfully accepted. We do not send these events for a button click, a failed submission, a general company inquiry or a Careers introduction.opt_out: true, which excludes those events from future user-level personalization. This does not disable conversion matching, prevent contact hashes from being sent, or replace your permission for measurement.__oppref (documented lifetime of 30 days) and __obref (documented lifetime of 365 days). These are separate from our 180-day preference record. See the OpenAI pixel documentation.Withdrawing permission stops future optional measurement, clears our stored source fields and attempts to remove OpenAI pixel cookies accessible on this Site. It also tells a Google tag already loaded on the page to deny future advertising storage and user-data processing. Withdrawal does not recall events already sent, reliably erase every provider cookie or delete previously submitted inquiry records. You can clear site data in your browser and contact us about information already submitted.
We load these advertising integrations only on the Research page after permission, not on Careers or general contact pages, and not on local previews. If you decline before activation, optional attribution data is not captured and the integrations are not loaded. Withdrawing an earlier permission stops future measurement as described above; it cannot unload code already loaded on the current page. You may still tell us how you found us in the form's optional question.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@launchwave.us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
Updates to this notice do not themselves grant permission for optional advertising measurement. You can review or withdraw that permission through Measurement settings.
